Integral Transition Program

The Integral Transition Program is a practical implementation of the integral vision of the Het Kan Wel! foundation. It is a plan of action for the integral transition to a future-proof natural, social, and economic ecosystem. The Integral Transition Program consists of various subprograms, all of which meet the criteria of the integral vision and contribute to the pursuit of a Tree of Life Economy.

In fact, it is a practical example of the natural ecosystem, which itself consists of countless different ecosystems. These must all meet the conditions of the natural ecosystem to maintain balance and cooperation among all ecosystems. Together, they keep the integral natural ecosystem future-proof. The natural ecosystem has therefore served as an example in the development of the Integral Transition Program.

Ecosystems

Our body also functions as a collection of ecosystems, which ultimately work as a whole. If one of the ecosystems in our body is out of balance, such as an organ, which disrupts the balance of the whole body, the entire body becomes sick and starts a defense strategy. However, the body remains sick if the cause of the imbalance is not removed.

As part of the integral natural ecosystem, humans also become ill when the integral natural ecosystem is out of balance. In short: when we make nature sick, we make ourselves sick.

The same applies to the social ecosystem and the economic ecosystem. All these ecosystems influence each other and affect us as individuals and as a society.

Therefore, it is important to use the integral natural, social, and economic ecosystem as a starting point. That’s why we started the development of the Integral Transition Program with the simple question: what is needed to create a future-proof world?

The starting point was not the existing situation or what is convenient for us now, but the desired situation regarding the future of the world and, thus, humanity.

Subprograms

To carry out all the subprograms of the Integral Transition Program, the development of the International Integral Transition Center (IITC) is necessary. The IITC will be a place where future-proof construction, learning, working, and living will take place. The IITC will be the location where all subprograms can be visibly implemented, and the knowledge will be shared with domestic and international interested parties.

Currently, four transition programs have already started, as the IITC is not required for the initial phase. Given the urgency of the transition, we believe it is unwise to wait.

Economic

Transition Program

We are increasingly sitting at the table with companies to share what is truly future-proof and what businesses could change in their policies. Even when it comes to innovations from companies, Het Kan Wel! regularly observes to see if there is an integral future-proof approach.

Energy

Transition Program

We have not yet succeeded in developing an energy system that can generate energy in a future-proof way that meets energy needs.

For this, a system must be able to generate stable, affordable, and truly clean energy 24/7. Het Kan Wel! and a group of small and medium-sized businesses are in the final development phase of an energy system that could provide a solution.

Social

Transition Program

Within the foundation, we focus on each other’s talents, everyone has a say, and we are aware of the importance of an inclusive society. This is not only visible within our team.

We are also working on a website that is Digitally Accessible for people with, for example, visual or motor disabilities.

Communication

Transition Program

Research into how we want to share our story with others is progressing steadily. It was quite a task to make our substantive program more accessible on the website. In the meantime, Tobe and his friends have helped us a lot with a new look. But that’s not where it ends.
