Public Benefit Organization

An Public Benefit Organization (ANBI) is an institution with certain tax benefits in the Netherlands. Since 2008, a domestic or foreign organization can be designated as an ANBI by the Dutch government.

The Het Kan Wel! foundation and the GoTogo foundation are both ANBI foundations. This provides tax benefits both for the organizations and for Dutch taxpayers who make a donation (such as a gift).
